3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

  • We currently accept payments via:

    • Bank Transfer

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) (with a 50% advance payment required to confirm the order)

  • Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We provide islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and availability.

  • Souvenir.lk is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Advance payments and COD deposits are non-refundable unless the item is unavailable or out of stock.
